1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

2. Mandatory Identification Requirements
In compliance with local government regulations in Rajasthan:
- Domestic Travelers: Must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) for each staying adult. (PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof).
- International Guests: Must present their original Passport with valid Indian Visa or e-Visa printout for mandatory Form-C registration upon check-in.
3. Hotel House Rules & Conduct
- Visitors Policy: For guest safety, non-registered visitors are permitted in the lobby and dining restaurant. Overnight stays require front desk registration and photo ID verification.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor guest rooms and public lobbies. Designated smoking zones are available on property.
- Damage to Property: Guests are requested to treat hotel property with care. Any damage or loss to hotel property will be charged to the guest's folio upon checkout.
4. Payment Settlements & Incidentals
All room tariffs are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Incidentals, laundry, and dining bills must be settled prior to or upon final checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash.
