1. Detailed Cancellation Timeline
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled check-in: 100% refund of any advance deposit paid, or a complimentary one-time date amendment subject to room availability.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in: 50% retention charge; the remaining 50% is refunded or credited.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in or No-Show: 100% of the first night or total reservation amount is charged.
2. Special Peak Season & Festive Bookings
During peak festive dates (such as Diwali, New Year, Jaipur Literature Festival, and wedding seasons), special non-refundable conditions may apply as indicated on your booking voucher.
3. Early Departures & Shortened Stays
If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed reservation departure date, unused nights are non-refundable.
4. Refund Disbursement Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business banking days back to the original payment source (credit card, net banking, or UPI).
